Born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Ryan spent a lot of time outdoors in nature with family, that helped influence his love for art and his imagination. Having a lot of interests in fantasy movies and old folklore stories growing up, Ryan was always driven to create his own worlds in his drawings.

Originally upon completion of high school he set out to be a firefighter/first responder, treating art only as a hobby and past time. It wasn’t until he broke his hand in college that he started considering other directions for his career. He returned to school for art in 2018 to explore different options, ultimately deciding to pursue tattooing full time. Drawing and building up a portfolio and applying to different studios for an apprenticeship, he finally laned one in mid 2019.

There he was introduced to more of the tattoo industry, learning the basics of tattooing. Ryan quickly began to develop a specific style and taste for tattoos, being inspired by a lot of European dark work artists, he continued to study their work and develop his style. He now specializes in a dark surrealism/organic style. Free handing and intuitive drawing his designs, he loves working with heavy black and negative spaces allowing him to create abstract shapes and focal points that catch the eye. While also having the design flow and compliment the body.
